How many parameters do I need to identify a visitor?

You need at least three parameters to identify a visitor. Example: You know where someone has been, what his/her interests are and his/her gender so we know who this person is. We do not believe this is true. Our algorithms have a 80% accuracy so we can never recognize a person with a 100% accuracy. Even if our algorithms would be 100% accurate and someone, e.g. working for an intelligence company, would analyze all data in detail, it would take days or even weeks to point to a few people, but we’ll never be able to point to only one human. Even when we are able to do this. We have no intention to do it and we have set very strict rules about our data.
