Founded in 1979, ASAP is a fast growing staffing company with over 80 offices in Belgium. In order to improve the on-site experience of job seekers and connect them with more relevant jobs, ASAP wanted to work out a personalisation strategy Within 4 weeks of sign-up, personalisation was live on the ASAP website, whilst requiring minimal effort from ASAP. All these changes led to an impressive 29% increase in job applications.
